The property is located downtown, seconds from the freeway and few blocks down from Gallo, bars and restaurants. You’ll have access to the kitchen and common area. The house has a Washer, Dryer, Microwave and Fridge available. Utilities are not included, females and males welcome (no couples), off-street parking, students welcome. Single tenant only. Landscaping, pest control and WiFi are all included. REQUIREMENT: income must be at least 3x the rent.
