Trying to find someone to sublease the Master bedroom + private bathroom - lease will end first week of June 20’ -3 bedroom apartment -2 roommates -Walking distance to everything in Uptown -Cat friendly -Many courtyards for dogs -Backyard to katy walking/running trail -In unit washer + Dryer -Rent is usually no more than 650 (includes water, trash and lockers for packages) -Utilities will include electric, wifi, washer+dryer (ranges $75 - $100) The apartment lives in the heart of uptown and I’m needing to relocate due to work.

The two other roommates are females and only looking for a female to move in. Looking for someone to be responsible and considerate for the living area as well as kitchen.
