The property is 2/2 condo near Waterford Lakes in East Orlando. The bedroom available is the master, with a walk in closet, big window, and private bathroom. The bedroom is unfurnished, but the rest of the condo is fully furnished. If you have stuff, let me know and we can see if we can make room!

Neighborhood is very quiet and safe, with a nature walk, butterfly garden, and small dog park. Amenities also include a pool and weight room. I’ve lived here for 3 years and never had any problems or bad neighbors. Really great for anyone who works in the area or students!

I’m a 34 year old professional and graduate of UCF. I work 40+ hours a week in supply chain for a snack food startup and when I’m at home, I’m mostly in my room playing video games or reading. I like to keep things quiet and prefer to do my socializing outside the apartment. I almost never have anyone over. I love dogs but am very allergic to cats and prefer a roommate without children. I’m not a super neat freak but I do like to keep things clean. I’m pretty easy to live with and am looking for someone similar!
