Park Newport

The townhome is located off Jamboree. It has a beautiful view of the back bay. It is two stories and the bedrooms are upstairs with a living room, dining room, and kitchen downstairs. All furntiure is in place except for bedroom that is available. We have 5 pools, a gym, yoga studio, basketball, golf putting green, volleyball, and plenty of tennis courts. Another great perk is that we have a market on property that is open till 9pm every night. We have two cats so I recomment no one with an allergy! They are very cute and friendly.

In the master bedroom it is me (Amanda) and my boyfriend. In the other room is my younger sister. She is who you would share the bathroom with. Both my sister and I are in college as well as working. My boyfriend is working all week long as well. We enjoy being active, especially when we have all these great amenitities. My sisters friend unfortunately had to move home because family issues. Although we would love to have another student preferably around my sisters age! She is fun and outgoing, and loves to go on adventures. My boyfriend and I drink casually but it is usually just wine nights at home with a movie and the cats!
