Pennsylvania Avenue

Not only the room is big enough for new york city standards, but it also has AC for the warm and hot summers and heat built-in for the freezing cold in winter. Moreover, it has windows towards the outside which gives it a perfect view to the outside for those who loves to live with windows open during the summer. It is a pretty convenient location as we have three train lines nearby. The 3 train is right next to the place, while the A and L train are at walking distance from home. We have bus stops next to home which makes it even easier to move around.

My ideal roommate is a mix of an introvert and a social butterfly. Keep it to himself when he doesn’t feel it and mingling once in a while. The household is pretty cool and no one is judged. Just come as you are and as long we respect each other there won’t be an issue…And the last thing, I’m trying to get out of here so please take the room lol :)
