Bathroom is shared with toilet shower full vanity Brand new washer and dryer. Extra refrigerator. No carpets, wood and tile flooring. The other utilities are half the electric and half the internet . Garbage and water are paid for. The rent is $ 562.50 a month for one year , and option to stay after one year I am renting through Realty World Preferred and these are there conditions. To qualify you must have no evictions 3 years . No open bankruptcies . Your gross income must be 3x the rent of 562.50 That is be fore taxes Credit score must be 590 or above. There is an application fee .

I moved in with a roommate so the option was there to look for another. The money you will save living here is well worth it. You can have full access to most of the house. Everything in the kitchen to prepare food. I do have two cats. Sorry, no other animals due to Realty World Preferred guidelines
