North Hatch Road

I just signed a lease for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath 1008 sq. ft. apartment here at the Ridge at Midway in North Spokane. It’s got black appliances, hardwood floors, except your bedroom (carpet). I have the living room, kitchen, dining area fully stocked and furnished. Just an extra bedroom and bath to have for yourself. The rent for these are going for $1,285, I only ask for $500 a month, plus the internet bill via COMCAST. I will cover electric through AVISTA and water, sewer, garbage.

I’m a 26 year old Navy veteran, working at a local restaurant, and going to school full-time at Whitworth University. I don’t have the time to sit around in the apartment a lot, but when I do, it’ll probably be to either study, sleep, or watch Netflix. I’m a very tidy, respectable resident and keep all the common areas clean. I like to stay active, and hope you’ll go on a hike or two with me, or the gym if that’s something you like to do.
