You will have your own room with a closet provided, everything is hardwood except for the bedrooms, you will have to furnish your own bedroom, but everything else I have already brought it. The apartment complex is 10 minutes from the University of Kentucky and 5 minutes from the local Walmart and shopping mall. Rent is $695, Internet is $50, and the electric bill, water is included with the lease, I am asking that you pay half of everything. The lease is good until August of next year!
