Cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with vaulted ceilings, tile roofing and solar power, built in 1986. You’ll have your own bathroom next to your room, and the house includes a wood burning fireplace, spacious kitchen and shed/garage storage if needed. Cable internet (Ethernet and wifi) provided.

Furnishing: You may use the present office desk if desired, or the room can be emptied.

Bedroom measures 10x10 ft with a vaulted ceiling, full sized closet with mirrored doors, and a nook above the closet.

Located about 1 mile from the Boulder Hwy / Lake Mead Pkwy intersection, in walking distance to the new Cadence Central Park area, and 2 miles to the downtown Henderson Water St. district.

Me, 36 year old male, and my girlfriend, 29 year old female. We are friendly and relaxed. We both generally work afternoons and evenings so we keep a later schedule than the norm.

It’s a quiet, non-smoking home (you may smoke outside, of course). If you’re chill (party animals need not apply), tidy and respectful then we will get along well!

I have a 1 year old cat that is very friendly. We prefer a roommate without pets or children, but may consider another cat or small dog. If you’re a smoker, that’s okay as long as you keep it outside the house.

Currently only looking for month to month agreements as the house may be up for sale within the next 6 months to a year, but a good fit could have a long stay in my home. :)
