Laid-back, mindful, communicative creative types (music, digital, traditional art) -We have 2 very sweet but animal-averse senior chihuahuas (Ginger & Pepper 11/10), so unfortunately no more free-roaming pets allowed (caged/aquarium pets are welcome) -We don’t party, but enjoy a glass of wine with the odd show binge, and occasional movie nights with a friend or two -Couples are more than welcome, to keep cost down
