About the room
Recently purchased Signal Hill home which has direct access to trails up to Hilltop Park in Signal Hill (Beautiful park).
The house is a 3br/3ba house that has been fully remodeled and immaculately maintained. This post is for the second master bedroom which has its own private bathroom and is shown in the final two images as part of this Craigslist post.
The house is about 3 miles away from the Pike and downtown Long Beach where the nightlife is growing. We’d love to have you as a roommate and are looking for young male professionals between the ages of 25-35 who enjoy having a good time but also enjoy living in a clean environment.
Two things to note, we have a small cat named Fifi and the photos were professionally taken by the sellers. The furniture will be different but the quality of the house is the same!
About the roomies
Currently only one roomate in the house… Me! I am a Software Engineer at Northrop Grumman.
