West Belmont Avenue

I own and occupy a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath, 1700 sq ft condo on Belmont Ave. 3 blocks from the Belmont Blue Line and I 90/94 Expressway. I am looking for 1 to 2 roommates for a 6 month lease. I currently occupy the master suite, at the end of the unit and can enter and exit from the back to allow for more privacy. The unit was built in 2011 with hardwood floors, new finishes, new appliances and is furnished with new mid modern century pieces. Not including the master bath, there is a half bath in the front and a full bath towards the back. While no one should have to wait to use the bathroom tenants will share full bath for showers. I ask for candidates that are clean, with good rental history, and steady income. This location and unit is ideal for anyone that works for the airlines as you can jump on the Blue Line to O’hare and bee there with in 15-20 minutes. That said I will entertain many backgrounds and professional disciplines.
