I’m looking for a roommate in my 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom /2 story brand new home in a gated community! The bedroom for rent is 12ft x 11 ft on the first floor with its own bathroom. The other spare bedroom on the first floor will be a guest bedroom. My room is on the second floor. The kitchen, half bath upstairs, and living room will all be shared spaces. You get parking in the garage and bills are included (internet, water, trash, electricity, gas). The house is about a 5-10 minute walk to the Red Line rail station so you can go downtown, midtown, museum district, medical district all from the rail.

I’m a young professional and ideally looking for another young professional / student. No couples. Just two of us will be living in the house. Must pass a background check.
