Water Way

I have two rooms for rent. One of the rooms faces the lake and the other room is big. The both have walk in closets, while they share a bathroom. There is enclosed patio with a grill. Washer and dryer included. Just a 15 minute drive to the beach and 10 minutes from downtown delray. All utilities included — electricity, upgraded cable and Wifi. The complex includes a pool.

I’m a 27 female with a golden retriever service dog. Very outgoing, laidback, bubbly and enthusiastic. My current roommate will be leaving the end the month. Looking for two roommates that are responsible, fun, chill and go with flow.
