My husband and I are offering our fully renovated basement apartment for rent for $1150 for single person, $1300 for two people. The fee includes utilities for one professional adult. In case a single parent with one kid, extra utilities payments will be discussed.

The house is located in the quiet and safe community. Community amenities include free parking, fun-filled tot lot, resident clubhouse, man-made lake, scenic jogging trail, and outdoor pool. We are located minutes away from historic Old Town Manassas and Manassas Mall. Bus stop is within a 5 minute walking distance.

It is close to all transportation and main roads (66, 29, 28….etc) and the VRE is 8 minutes away. Shopping centers, gas stations, regional library, schools, and the DMV is a short drive. The Nissan Pavilion, Bull Run Winery, the Racetrack, and the Prince William Fairgrounds is also close.

First months rent deposit is required. The ideal candidate will sign a year lease. ID, social security/tax id, and recent pay stubs will be required before signing your lease. I will run your criminal background and credit score. NO PETS.

My husband and I are in our mid- 30s. He has his own business, and I work for a law firm. We are down to earth, like the outdoors and enjoy having friends/family over on the weekends.

We are looking for someone friendly, responsible, and respects quiet hours from 10pm-7am during the week.
