Sunset Boulevard

I currently have 1 year lease on a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment and need a roommate. You can visit the complex’s site to see the floor plan; my apartment is the Heartstone layout. Here are the apartment stats:

• Broadstone at Stanford Ranch in Rocklin, CA - Gated
• 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1156 square feet
• Bedroom is 13’ X 12’; Bathroom is L shaped and large (shower/bathtub combo) Here are the monthly costs (all figures are 1/2 total amount):
• $844 Rent
• $60-75 Power
• $35-45 Water/Sewer/Trash
• $30 Internet Here are additional 1 time costs:
• $500 Deposit (Facility required $1688 deposit when I moved in July 1) ~ $40 Application fee through facility (I can’t remember the exact amount)

Here’s some relevant information about me:

• Work full time in digital marketing; a lot of the time from home.
• Enjoy exercise, hiking, video games and filming for work projects
• Very clean and organized. Can prove with pictures.
• Quiet, don’t go out much.
• I drink occasionally but don’t do drugs.
• Have a girlfriend that comes over a few days per week. I know it’s a lot, but I wanted to be thorough if I’m going to live with someone for a year. Let me know if you have any questions!
