We are 6 minutes drive away from UCI, close to super markets, banks, parks, and unique restaurants. We live in a nice clean apartment in a quiet Irvine neighborhood. Our apartment is located on the first floor.

THE SPACE: We live in a 2 bath 2 bedroom apartment and this listing is for our sofa bed which is located in the living room. You’ll have full access to the TV, kitchen, dinning room, laundry room and the patio. The house and your room is fully furnished and you also have closet space. The bathroom is shared.

Currently there are 3 people living in this apartment.

Because this room is located in the living room, I may have to pass your room some mornings to water the plants in the patio. Otherwise this is a private area just for you.

Laundry area is right in front of our apartment, you’ll need a key to go in.

There is street parking or you can buy a parking permit.

NIEGHBORHOOD: Our home is located: -6 mins away from UCI -10 mins away from John Wayne Airport -22 mins away from Disneyland -26 mins away from Knott’s Berry Farm -10 min drive away from Newport -5 min drive away from Costa Mesa -15 min drive away from Crystal Cove State Park -Also conveniently close to three different grocery stores, convinces stores, restaurants and varies shopping plazas; all within a 5 min drive.

GETTING AROUND: Anteater express (UCI bus system) stops right in front of our house, very convenient to use. Additionally there’s a city bus stop located about 2 blocks away from us. Easy access to uber and lyft.

ABOUT ME: My name is Nicole, I’m a chemical engineering student at UCI. I live with my boyfriend, who is also a student. On my free time I like hiking, cooking/baking, reading, working out, and binge watching TV shows on Netflix. I’m a vegan and a bit of an environmentalist. However I am a strong believer in respecting others views. Amongst me and my roommates we speak English, Russian, Spanish, and Japanese.

I am respectful of your privacy, very laid back and accommodating. I’m very clean and organized, so you can expect to always see a neat home.

OUR IDEAL ROOMMATE: We are looking for someone long term, at least 4-5 months. Either a full-time student or full-time employed. Clean, responsible, considerate to others, and quiet.

OTHER: Security deposit is $350, monthly rent is $750 (utilities included), and you will need to sign a lease agreement.

ABOUT US: Currently there are 3 people living in this apartment (this includes me). We are all students. We are all studying different subjects relating to STEM. Amongst the three of us we speak English, Spanish, Russian, and Japanese.
