The room is located on the first floor, you will have a lot of privacy as the main living space is located on the second and third. This room is more so of a guest room with private bath. Partially furnished with a full size bed and frame.
Parking will be available in the community.
Utilities included, as well as access to washer/dryer. Community pool and BBQ access in the recreation area.
