Stone Avenue North

Room is in a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse on a month-to-month lease. The house is in the Licton Springs neighborhood located only a few minutes from Northgate, Greenlake, and Greenwood, and has easy access to I-5 and 99. We have a garage with a large amount of storage space, a 2 car driveway (though we’ve found 3 can fit with creative maneuvering), and a small outdoor patio in front. Inside, there is a large, furnished living room with gas fireplace and a sizable full kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas oven/stove, and microwave. Adjacent to the kitchen is a small dining area and just off to the side is one of the full bathrooms.

On the 3rd floor are the 3 bedrooms and the other full bathroom. The room itself is decently sized, with plenty of room to move around, and a window that looks out over the front of the house.

We are 1 male student/part time worker and 1 female full-time worker in our 20’s/30’s. We tend to be pretty low drama, and when we’re not off doing our own thing we like to hang out around the house and socialize, work on the fledgling garden, cook, work on projects, or watch shows in the living room.
