I have a room for rent. The house is a new build that was build in August 2019. The room has no furniture but it standa at 11ft5in×13ft11in with a spacious closet so it has more then enough space to make it feel yours. Right outside the room is the bathroom and a living area. You will also have access to the whole house(livingroom, kitchen, laundry room, ext). There is also a heated community pool and a park area next to the pool. The house is loaded with nice features such a nice tile and carpet, smart house features, and more
About the roomies
In the house is me, 23 male, and my sister, 25 female. We both work full-time amd we’re both pretty easy going. We try to keep the house clean so I would be looking for someone who is also tidy
