Hello, I have a upstairs room that is available for rent for $800/month including utilities. It’s perfect for a Seahawks fan considering the logo on the wall (can be easily covered by a tapestry otherwise. The room has the option of being furnished with a full-size bed that has storage drawers underneath as well as a nightstand, chair, shoe stand, and small table. There’s also a decent sized closet and high ceilings. The room shares a bathroom with one other person and there’s access to washer/dryer (free), large living room, kitchen with dine/cookware, and off street parking. The house itself has 3-4 people split between the basement and top floor with the middle as common area. Currently there’s 2 male tenants downstairs, one has a service dog that stays with him. I’m a female in my 30s and would be the other person upstairs. There’s also an indoor cat that roams around (not allowed in the basement). Rent includes utilities and basic WiFi. Asking for a $400 security deposit. The house is non smoking, but you’re free to smoke outside as long as you don’t leave garbage.

Location: Boulevard Park- Bus #132 and 128 are within 2 blocks as is a 7-Eleven. Approximately 40 min bus ride to downtown Seattle or 15-20 min drive. Burien and SeaTac are both approx a 15 bus ride. Cross streets are Glendale Way S and S 116th st.
