Looking for someone to rent a room in our 3 bed 2.5 bath house in San Clemente, CA. It’s in a nice, secluded area. The house is in a safe neighborhood, and it’s a five minute drive to downtown. The rent is $1000 a month for a private room, with water, internet, trash, pool, electricity and laundry room included.
