Location is very central to downtown, Capitol Hill, Uptown, City Park, and Cherry Creek. Restaurants and bars are walkable all along 17th Street.

Hardwood floors and crown molding throughout the house. A completely renovated kitchen with a gas stove. The spare room that is being rented has its own private bathroom, entry is through the bedroom only. Oversized living room with a gas fireplace that looks out to back patio. Brand new washer and dryer purchased this past year. A gas grill located out back is also free to use. Two-car, detached garage with alley access.

The home is entirely furnished including the spare room. I live in the upstairs bedroom so the house will be shared with me. The room currently has a queen bed. I have basement storage for anything not used too.
