Looking for a female to fill a bedroom (13’x11’) with a private bathroom in our townhouse (1,700 SQ FEET) in Annandale right off 495 & Gallows Rd. Move in date would be August 1st. Location is amazing! We are right next to Fairfax Hospital and are only 5 minutes from Mosaic District/Merrifield/Dunn Loring Metro.

The house, basement, and bathrooms are fully furnished, you’d just have to furnish your room. You will have your own full bathroom to yourself, located directly across the hall from the bedroom. There is plenty of space between the rooms upstairs and open area in the common space to never feel crowded. There is a nice deck in the backyard for relaxing, grilling, and a patio in front.

Rent is $850/month and utilities are about an additional $120/month for electric, internet/cable/phone, and water.

We are looking for a female we can get along with, who is laid back, and will be clean/clean up after themselves (ensure cleanliness in common areas like kitchen, dishes, trash out, laundry, etc). Currently, looking for 1 year lease and female renters. Not looking for couples or renters with kids or pets.

About my girlfriend and myself, we’re both very relaxed people and we are pretty busy with work/life. We like having people over on occasion, but also don’t mind hunkering down in front of the TV. We have a cat and a dog, but will not be allowing pets at this time because our cat is old.
