We have an entire room for rent with its own parking space, its own half bathroom, but in main bathroom, the shower is shared. There are mattresses provided and closet but any furnishings would be one’s own responsibility.

Utilities, Wi-fi, etc are split each month.

The common areas are living room, kitchen and there is a small office area provided for printing and copying.

To be considered:

• Have proof of stable income
• Must be okay with a criminal and credit check as we must ensure the safety of the other tenant
• Must be okay with month to month only
