We are 15 minutes walk from University Village and 10 minutes walk from the University of Washington. Very convenient for UW students. You never have to fight for bathroom space or shower time. There are tracks around that are great for working out or just taking a nice stroll. Social functions around the neighborhood makes this a fun place. However, we are not a party house. No smoking, drugs, or excessive use of alcohol is permitted.
About the roomies
Will update as room fills up. Currently only person is a carpenter working at the UW in mid 30’s. If you are able to find a roommate, you can split halves. Price is negotiable, especially if you are looking to make this a private one-person room.
