About the room

This is a property convenient to OIT and downtown. This is the larger of two rooms rented on the second floor of the house. It is a new house, less than three years old, and I like to keep it clean and nice. Tenants are expected to clean the shared bathroom weekly and keep the upstairs halls clean. This room comes with a parking space in the garage.

There are shared areas including kitchen, living room, and dining room. Washer and dryer are available to tenants as well as space to dry clothes outdoors if you like that fresh air scent.

In full disclosure, the property is right next to the railroad tracks, and the train can be loud.

About the roomies

I am an older woman, the other tenant currently in the property is a young woman. There are also five cats, including one very elderly lady (20) and two young mischief monsters (1.5). We are drug free, clean, and quiet. 3
