For those who have emailed about the room, I apologize for not responding I was recovering from cervical fusion surgery. The room is located in the newer part of Adelanto my home was built in 2004, it’s located on a quiet Cul De Sac Palmdale/ 395 1 room is available with full house privileges, washer, dryer, kitchen if you’re hungry help yourself. Includes internet, 90.00 for utilities I use to cover them due to rising energy cost. A family type environment someone my cook dinner for the house, your part help with the kitchen by helping to keep it clean, vacuuming, I handle most the household chores except for the shared bath, I don’t like a dirty latrine, I’m sure your friends or family wouldn’t want to use a dirty latrine either. A quiet drama free home, we enjoy having a good BBQ several times a month, family and friends are welcome over we enjoy celebrating the holidays. Please be gainfully employed. A background check will be conducted. Close to a park, schools and shopping center.
