The landlord prefers no pets.

Hello! My name is Kim and I’m looking for an awesome human to fulfill a lease with me, as my current roommate got a wonderful job offer in New York and had to move out. Move in date is flexible, and the lease ends May 18th, 2020. Looking for someone who is equally responsible, respects space/privacy, easy to get along with, and cleans up after themselves. Pretty simple right? I’m in the fitness community, so I come and go throughout the day. I have a “job” I absolutely love, not a traditional 9-5 schedule. I love the beach and that’s exactly why I moved here from Arizona. Trying to get better at cooking and love to work out. Would love to hang with my new roommate, but also respect if you want to do your own thing.
