1 huge, clean, and furnished room is ready to share. (My parents used to stay here during summer vacation, so it’s neat, comfortable and spacious. ;It’s like a suite room).
The house is located in the family-friendly and quiet Fairwood neighborhood. Uwajimaya, Fred Myer, Safeway, and Walmart are within 5~10 minute drive and 15-minute drive to Seattle-Tacoma Airport, and 15~20 minute drive to either Bellevue or Seattle. Easy access to all major highways in Renton. The room is fully furnished.
The landlord (a couple) lives upstairs, and the downstairs rooms are to rent.
Rent: $930 (+ $65 utilities) = $995 Size: 300ft2 There is no kitchen, but it has a refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster oven, air fryer, and electric water pot. Enjoy college dorm-like living. (If you need a kitchen, we can share it upstairs for an additional $40. )
