The property has been called The “Sanctuary” because of the natural beauty and true fellowship and community among the 4 who dwell here; including our amazing neighbors! We have a 20 yo male who is med tech in the converted garage(7yrs) . 48yo professional tech female in the Cottage adjacent to the main house (2yrs). Currently, we are looking for a renter in the basement and this shared space in the main home. *our last gal moved to be closer to the grandkids (3yrs). We are all professional, quiet, non-smoking/drinking/partying. I am a 56 yo female Christian and am looking for a room mate who shares a love for Christ, health & nutrition. I am a Chaplain and working on an online start-up Spiritual Counseling project. I volunteer and help people who are quadriplegic & those who are addicted to drugs n alcohol. I am vegan…& prefer if you are too…but if not, I ask that you don’t cook or keep meat in the house; thanks. I make smoothies, coffee, amazing salads and gourmet raw meals (that I send over to the others as they like)…Oh…& we walk some AM’s. I love community and I must have my quiet time too. I have a TV/bed/bath in the upstairs so I spend most of my time there and writing in the dining room. I use the balcony for herbs and enjoy friends for tea. The living room has a TV, (HBO/NETFLIX) fireplace, and furnishings. I travel regularly to Canada and Kauai so you would have the house to yourself a great deal of the time. I prefer discussing boundaries in person but I would hope that if you have a relationship, you would use their home. I would like to hire a cleaning co. & hope you and I could share the cost or share the chores around the house & balcony. I keep my home clean and the fridge free from old items. We take our shoes off at the door. I prefer a clutter free environment but cozy is nice. I am respectful, adaptable & dependable.
