North Pearl Street

Bedroom has space for a queen size bed and a small desk (that was my previous roommate’s configuration anyways). Exterior wall is all glass with a sliding door onto the balcony. Walk-in closet has plenty of space.Huge south and west facing balconies on 5th floor, just above the trees with a great view of the mountains. Decently equipped kitchen with small dishwasher in-sink garbage disposal, and plenty of cabinet space. There is a garbage chute in this building. Washer/dryer on each floor. Radiators will blow out hot air in the winter and cool air in the summer, though personally I prefer to have a draft going with the windows open. Neighbors are completely silent, haven’t heard a peep out of them.

Right next to trader joe’s, so you can get most of your groceries on foot. Nearby, 6th and 7th Ave have plenty of great places to grab a bite or a drink. Lincoln and Broadway are just a short walk away as well for all your carousing needs. If you work downtown, LoDo is easily accessible via Cherry Creek trail by bike, the bus stop on 8th and Washington, or just on foot if you are so inclined (takes me about 35 minutes to walk to work).

I’m 25 years old and for work, I use my degree in Geographic Information Science to map out gas pipe for Atmos Energy. It’s not the most riveting job, nor is it the path I’d like to take my career, but it pays the bills! Video games both small indies and large AAA’s on PC are my biggest timesink I’ll play with my friends online a couple times a week. Bicycling around town is a close second. On the weekends, I’ll be chillin and decompressing or watching a Formula 1 race if there’s one. I do also enjoy the occasional weekend hike/car-camping trip. I’d be more than happy to do any of the above with you, but if you don’t, that’s totally cool too!
