Shared living areas ( kitchen, dining room, living room, backyard) First floor laundry. Attic is shared for storage.
Must clean up after yourself especially in the kitchen and bathroom.
No pets (sorry no support animals), no smoking ! Overnight guests limited to 1 night weekly. Can accommodate short term rentals of 3 months or greater…
