Room was formerly master bedroom and has walk-in closet, as well as private bath. Walk to state park and beaches - great area for nature lovers. My oldest just left for college and I am considering opening our home to the right person.

Busy professional who travels extensively looking to provide room for responsible person. I have a teen daughter, hence preference for female house guest (my daughter lives with her mom most of the time, but comes over for dinner and to see pets). Cats in residence - as well as gerbils and turtles… This is our home, not a party pad.
