9 month lease, Sept-May31st. Gated community with security and camera in the townhouse. There are stores across the street (Walmart Food and Aldi) along with a Starbucks and some restaurants. Wawa for gas is at the end of Avalon Lakes Blvd. and a shortcut to Waterford. A town center is down the road with a Publix and Walgreens with other shops and restaurants.
About the roomies
We are students and non-smokers. We are not into the party scene. Would like someone quiet and friendly. The townhouse is furnished with everything you would need. We are clean and neat roommates.
