Has pool, Jacuzzi, close to freeway, close to beach, nice neighbors, animal complex. Own room, and bathroom, flat was upgraded, has it all, patio, gym, creek, close to restaurants, supermarkets, parks, and schools.

It’s a chilled out complex, nice peeps, loads of dogs and dog lovers. I’m chilled, I don’t judge which translates into no drama! I just believe in some simple philosophies: Respect, Kindness, I’m great at being alone (well if alone means hanging with my dog Zeus), Sarcasm (as much as possible, please), Don’t pee on my toilet seat, Honesty, that’s the hard one, peeps think if your honest it will hurt someone’s feelings, but in reality it would bother, well me, more to know you didn’t feel comfortable enough to be straight with me. I often explain to peeps treat me like I’m slightly autistic, I’m not trying to be offensive, but I prefer not to have to read between the lines. I love the need for simple clarity. Me I workout, I play a lot of softball, I work a lot, I love to be out side, I love being with Zeus!!
