I have two rooms for rent in Allen Park, the home has 3 bed/2.5 bath, it is a quiet and safe area. These two rooms share a bathroom. Dryer and washer in the basement, which you are welcome to use, along with kitchen and backyard. You will need first month, last month of rent plus security deposit to move in, $1800.

I am a 30 year old female, quiet person, work every day and come home to rest. I am super respectful of others, and I am looking for someone alike to share my space. There is an 8 pound yorkie that will also be your roommate :), you must like dogs to live here. She is mature, and trained. I am looking for someone to move in January 2020, I will prefer to rent it to a female but I will consider males as well.
