Colony Place

Hello! I am moving into a nice townhouse in Longmont at the end of September/beginning of October. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. I will be occupying the basement that includes one bedroom and a bathroom. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs of which you can take your pick. You can even have both rooms if willing to pay a little more. I have a large pitbull that’s very people friendly but not so much with other animals so no pets allowed sorry! I am looking for a month to month situation as my old roommate will be moving back in once she has more money saved up, I predict 3-5 months. However, if we get along, you are welcome to stay and she’ll just occupy the extra room. I would probably ask for a small deposit just to make sure you are serious and cause no damage to the place. There is a nice sized yard, front and back patio, 1 car garage, full kitchen, washer and dryer, heat but no central AC.

A little about me…I’m from Florida and have lived in the area about a year and love it! I work at a tech company in Boulder that specializes in POS systems specifically designed for breweries so I’m a bit of a beer nerd. I drink socially and love all outdoor activities. I do not smoke at all and would prefer you didn’t either but weed isn’t a big deal just never in the house. I work from home occasionally and would love a respectful roommate but we would be plenty of separation if necessary with the basement and separate levels. Ask me any questions!
