11th Street

Hi :) Both of my current roommates will be moving out of my 3 bedroom 1 bath apartment. They will be moving in with their boyfriends so I am looking for 2 girls to take their place. I live in uptown Hoboken and have lived in this apartment for the last 4 years. The building is currently being renovated and the actual apartment was renovated before I moved in. Rent is $1,133.33 a month plus about another $75 per month for cable and electric. All other utilities included. Both rooms fit a queen bed and lots of space for other furniture. TONS of closet space, long hallways, great water pressure in the shower. . Dishwasher in kitchen, laundry in basement of building. Marble counter tops, elevator building. 18 minute walk to the path or bus stop to port authority right across the street. Trader joes 2 blocks away. The only thing you would need to furnish is your own room :)

a little about me- i am very easy going, chill person- work in the fashion industry, 9-5 job in midtown. during the week i enjoy laying low- working out, wine nights, netflix and the occasional happy hour. Weekends i am always out and about with friends, brunch , doing new things.

I am tidy and keep the common spaces clean and looking for someone that does the same and is respectful. Looking to also potentially become good friends with my roommates.
