This house is central to everything. It’s right next to the airport, and within 10 mins to international plaza. Its also convenient to south tampa, and westchase. Very quiet neighborhood, so not much craziness happening. The room is decent sized with a walk in closet.

So far It is just my cousin and I living here. We are both in our early 30’s and really just laid back. We often stay in our own rooms so won’t be a bother, and we keep the living space clean. We are 420 friendly, and love to cook. Just looking for someone who will mesh well. Btw we laugh alotttt so if you can’t handle sarcasm, this may not be the right fit.
