Pier Street

It’s a 5 minute walk from the Pitt Campus, located in Central Oakland, lots of college kids on the street, very recently renovated and features modern styling. 2 bathrooms(1 in basement), a full kitchen, a decently sized living room. There are 4 bedrooms in the apartment, two of them are in the basement, but the landlord doesn’t yet know what rent would be for those rooms so I’m just focusing on the upstairs room right now. But if you think you might be interested in a basement bedroom (for a reduced price), I can try to get you some more info about that. No central air, but we can just get window units or something lol. Utilities are included. Washer and dryer included. Large front porch. It is in all honesty a really nice place and I was shocked to find it. To clarify, I don’t own this apartment and am essentially just trying to help fill the other rooms. All rent is paid to the landlord.

My name is Shane Ross, I’m the only person who has signed a lease as of right now. I’m super chill and mainly am just looking for somebody I get along with and can pay rent on time and won’t destroy the property or anything. I’m a sophomore architect student at Pitt. There are some students living upstairs but they don’t seem too loud or anything.
