Close to Princeton University, Rider, TCNJ, & MCCC. 3 miles to Princeton jct train station and 2 miles from Quakerbridge Mall & shopping centers. Walking/jogging paths, tennis courts and single basketball court on premises. Washer and dryer available for use. The price includes all utilities ( water, gas & electric, and internet ). No overnight guest permitted.

I am an empty nester with a 2 1/2 yr old rescue, large teddy bear of a dog, (German Shepherd) that will only smother you with her kisses! I do not smoke and I will not rent to smokers and absolutely NO overnight guest permitted ( This would be cause for immediate termination of agreement/lease with 3 days notice to vacate ). I love to keep a clean house and expect renters to do the same. I love to cook so if you have a preferred meal and I’m available I’d be more than happy to prepare a nice meal once in a while.
