Hello, I am moving to LA from Bakersfield and I am looking for someone to take over my lease at least until it’s over which is 6 months. I currently have a female roommate age 22 that is occupying the other room and restroom in this 2br 2ba apartment with two balconies right outside the mail pool/ playground. I could leave the apartment in my name if that also works best. Apartment is in tip top shape and would like to keep it that way so I get my deductible back.
