I’m looking for a roommate to co-sign annual lease starting Sept 1 2019-Aug 31 2020. This newly renovated 2bdrm 1 bthrm is at 845 sq ft with new appliances and gorgeous Bay view. It’s airy and light-filled on top floor (3rd) with an elevator and 18 min walk to campus, a block away from Clark Kerr. It’s very clean with new carpets and there is even a small patio deck. About me: I’m a master’s at School of Information pursuing Data Science full-time for the coming 2 years. I’m 34 years old Asian-American female. Clean, considerate, and responsible.
