You are looking at a beautiful room for rent just 20 yards from steps down to the San Clemente Pier. Two bedroom, 1.5 bath & 950 square feet. Room we are renting is the master, and has a giant closet, TV, bed, and AC. Parking space is included. Washer & dryer inside the apartment. Little peekaboo view of the ocean from living room. Apartment is fully furnished - you just need your clothes!
Apartment is shared with very low key, friendly and clean 24 year old male surfer who works full time.
No smokers and not a party house.
Open to month to month, 3 month, or 6 month lease. Price negotiable w/ lease. Water and trash is free. Just pay WIFI and electricity.
About the roomies
Very easy going, friendly surfer who is extremely easy to get along with. He works full time and is rarely home.
