El Nido Drive

It’s sharing a house in Altadena. The bedroom is small but has a closet. We would be sharing a bathroom but there is another toilet/sink/shower off the garage. I can’t guarantee parking. There is room for another car in the driveway and it’s enclosed by a fence. But we would need to move cars around according to our schedules.

I am Looking for a female roommate preferably non smoking, no drugs, responsible drinking is ok. I also would like someone to do some housecleaning. And most importantly, I have two big dogs that rule the house and live inside, so you must love dogs. My bedtime is 10:00 PM , so I need it quiet.
