Nice furnished bedroom with own private bath in home occupied by female owner. Included is WiFi and cable TV. Home is located less than a block from the park and swimming pool (open during summer.) Quiet neighborhood near the airport, Pena Blvd., I-70 and lightrail A-line to downtown. There is open parking in front of the home.

I am laid back and easy going. I do have a small friendly rescue dog that loves her toys, treats, taking naps but mostly minds her own business. I ask that you are respectful to me, my dog, my home and are considerate. I work random hours and try to stay busy with activities outside the home. I do have some rules that we can discuss prior to move in.
