Durian Street

The property is good well maintained and gated. We pay an extra parking spot but that can alway be changed. The apartment has a pool and jacuzzi and as well a laundry room. The best new i want tell you is, the dual masters with a full bathroom and the room are apart from each other.

I am a very clean and respectful roommate, don’t like drama. Very responsible, one thing about the house rules is, their is none! you obviously have to make good judgment. I’m friendly, polite, can be a really good friend, my current roommate is leaving for personal reasons but we have never fought or argued, nor did we have to fight over bills; we always paid on time.
