We are a family of 3. Together for more than a decade my husband and I raise our nearly 13 year old boy. We are honest, laid back people that work hard and love to relax by cooking or listening to music, playing some music, or having a fire on the back patio. We have a passion for cooking and BBQ, gardening, hiking, outdoors, live music, and many other unique quirks that keep us happy people. Our son travels annually and is gone for majority of the summer. This means lots of quiet time from June to August. He travels with his school and a renter would really help with the extra costs of his international traveling. He is laid back and witty. We are allergic to cats but are open to someone with a dog. Its negotiable and would have to include a deposit for pet and maybe an adjustment in the rent.
