Hi, Let me tell you a little bit about it. It is a 3BD 3.5BA Townhouse. Each of us are currently Eagles. One is in the grad/law program and the other is currently a undergraduate student. The property management company and us tenants have agreed to pay 6 months in advance to cover rent. The home is 1,495.00 a month. So each of us would be required to pay $(2,990) $3,000.00 for rent that would have us covered until February 2020.Each room is unfurnished, however I have many of the kitchen and household items that can be used. We all share the living room, the guest BA ,the kitchen and laundry room. Washer and dryer are included. It has 9ft ceilings, walk in closets, spacious bedroom, a walking trail/ park, finished basement , dishwasher garbage disposal, deck, landscaping, community pond in the back, hardwood floors, carpeted bedrooms, vinyl floors, and natural gas. We are are responsible for lights water, gas, and household internet. Averaging an additional cost of $100-150. Making your monthly living expenses at the high end $650 a month maximum. But again that is a high estimate.
